AbstractCurrently, inter-organizational cooperation has become an important issue of a development strategy, allowing companies to streng then their competitive position by increasing market power and efficiency, expanding markets, giving access to new, core competences and productive resources. The industrial cooperation has to be considered as a natural phenomenon for the implementation of manufacturing processes, is not a possible nowadays to produce goods or provide services, not collaborating with the other actors on the market. Appropriate management of relationships allows for positioning of the companies in the best stage of the value chain.
