Towards Social Telco Applications Based on the User Behaviour and Relations Between Users

The paper presents an approach for creation of social and personalised applications that benefit from the Call Detail Records (CDR) data stream. These applications analysing the user-behaviour based on CDRs propose functionalities that enrich the user experience, while also sustaining the privacy policies. The paper introduces My Social Connector application developed at Orange that applies the proposed paradigm.
