AbstractClient's logistics service is more and more important task not only for product suppliers but also for logistics operators. Client's expectations are constantly changing and that is why logistics operators must always match the offer to the customer's needs. On the other hand logistics operators are trying to impact on the customers by offering them lot's of new services. Furthermore both sides are influenced by the economical situation. Logistics customer service market changes analysis are very interesting. Explanation of these changes might have great cognitive value.
