Abstract

The aim of the paper was to create the ranking of districts' value in Warsaw. The application of the log-linear model helped to identify the percentage difference in the price of the same dwelling located within the district and reference one (in case of this research it is Śródmieście district). The most attractive district in Warsaw according to the attractiveness of living conditions was Śródmieście. In the research this district was characterized by the smallest value. The districts located on the right side of Vistula river had lower value than these on the left side.
