Rola sukcesora w rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa rodzinnego – perspektywa orientacji przedsiębiorczej

Intergenerational transfer is one of the greatest challenges that family businesses face, when think in the perspective of maintaining family character of the company. Many factors are associated with the succession process. One of them is the person of the successor, in particular his choice and proper preparation for taking over the family business. Researchers also pay attention to the features that a successor should have in order for the succession process to be successful. Among the desirable traits, broadly understood entrepreneurship is mentioned. However, so far this issue has not been thoroughly investigated. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to propose the use of dimensions of the entrepreneurial orientation of the successor and their significance for the development of the family enterprise.
