Innovations in Tourism : typology, sources and the role of consumer

AbstractThe goal of this article is to analyse the influence of consumer’s behaviour changes on tourist market, on the innovations at the supply side. A review of crucial literature considering the social and market changes is provided, as well as the main market forces are shaped. A review of the literature on innovation in industry and services was presented.
