Innovations in Tourism : typology, sources and the role of consumer

Abstract

The goal of this article is to analyse the influence of consumer’s behaviour changes on tourist market, on the innovations at the supply side. A review of crucial literature considering the social and market changes is provided, as well as the main market forces are shaped. A review of the literature on innovation in industry and services was presented.
