Sukcesja w polskich przedsiębiorstwach rodzinnych
AbstractSuccession in family businesses understood as a transfer of power and ownership to next generations is very current and popular issue among family entrepreneurs. This process requires long-term planning and preparation for both the successors and representatives of the founding generation. The article shows that more frequent discussion about this in scientific surrounding have no implementation on succession process by Polish family businesses. To illustrate this thesis it compare ideal model of succession process created on the basis of scientific publications with the conclusions from case studies of Wielkopolska's family businesses.
