Miłosz Łuczak , Piotr Senkus , Adam Skrzypek

Abstract

Shift from agriculture to services in contemporary economy made the rural development one of the most important concerns. This change is caused by the growing importance of ICTs. Appropriate government programs meeting the specificity of rural areas can reduce the distance that separates countryside from urban areas and provide sustainability of that development.
