Postrzeganie przedsiębiorstwa rodzinnego przez jego pracowników

The purpose of this article is to identify differences in the perception of the family company by its personnel. The publication shows the „image” of family business seen through the eyes of the employees who are relatives of the family business’ owner and the others who do not belong to the clan. The author, referring to the literature, attempts to verify preconceived notions of family business based on the results of the audit that countains opinions of the employees of a selected family company. The paper considers the subject of organizational identity and the relationship between the company and the family, and other employees in the family business
