AbstractThis article aims to discuss health promoting games as part of the strategy of the organization, models of safety culture levels and a proposal for a new approach There are several methods enabling organizational development. One of them can be incorporating workplace health promotion into organizational philosophy and methodology. Health of the employees can be perceived as a cost-effective investment, and modern interventions targeting employee health are very often connected with the application of IT. Moreover, strategic games are gaining popularity as activities used to enhance the effects of organizational activities aimed at human resources development.
